Laurent is the R&D project Lead and subject matter expert on space resources and In Situ Resource Utilization (ISRU) at the KSC Swampworks laboratory. Principal and co-investigator for technology development in space mining, materials processing for resource extraction, prospecting, and integrated ISRU systems. Expert in regolith simulant materials, systems modeling and integration, ISRU systems architectures. He is also Chair of the AIAA Space Resources Technical Committee (https://www.facebook.com/AIAA.SR.TC/) and an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA)
